1. General Terms and Acceptance

Welcome to 18coi. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 18coi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the website located at https://18coi.net, including all associated services, betting markets, casino games, promotions, and customer support channels.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 18coi platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without qualification. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact our support team to arrange account closure.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation most favourable to the integrity and operational continuity of the platform shall prevail. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 18coi, whether written or oral.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 18coi platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 18coi operates a strict 18+ only policy with no exceptions. Persons under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting market on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 18coi or any of its affiliated software providers.

Age Verification

18coi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time. This may include a copy of a national identity document (NID), passport, birth certificate, or such other documentation as we deem appropriate. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of age verification. Failure to provide adequate verification within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of bonus balances.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of 18coi services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 18coi. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 18coi reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void any pending bets, and confiscate balances including any winnings derived from gameplay conducted under the duplicate account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 18coi will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to safe and responsible operations, 18coi may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage of your account lifecycle. This process may require submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account in your name).

Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Submission of falsified, edited, or misleading documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities where warranted.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on 18coi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and major international cards including Visa and Mastercard where applicable.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account status.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 18coi wallet within minutes of transaction confirmation.
• 18coi does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which 18coi accepts no liability.
• You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming and betting activity on the 18coi platform. Using the platform as a money transfer or currency exchange service is prohibited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 18coi account. This is a mandatory anti-fraud measure.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours depending on the payment method, volume of requests, and any pending verification requirements.
• 18coi reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is standard practice and is not indicative of any wrongdoing by the player.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. Where fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected, withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation.

Account Balance

Your 18coi account balance is composed of two separate pools: real-money funds (deposited by you) and bonus funds (credited by promotions). Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 5. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold and verification requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from bonus funds, after meeting the applicable wagering requirement, are eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

18coi offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 18coi reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Upon expiry, the bonus balance and any winnings generated solely from that bonus are removed from the account.
• 18coi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, except where a player has already accepted and begun meeting the wagering requirement for that bonus.

Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, collusion between accounts, or use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, 18coi reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account. Decisions made in respect of bonus abuse are final.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the 18coi platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with applicable law, these Terms, and the reasonable expectations of a fair and responsible online gaming community. The following obligations apply to all account holders at all times.

You Agree To:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information at registration and whenever information changes.
• Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling and financial transactions.
• Notify 18coi promptly of any suspected security breach, unauthorised access, or technical error that results in an incorrect account credit.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal details to register or operate an account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or exploit any part of the 18coi software, game engines, or platform infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using the platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or circumvent financial reporting obligations.
• Publishing, distributing, or transmitting abusive, defamatory, or threatening communications through any 18coi channel including live chat and support email.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

Closure at Player Request

You may request closure of your 18coi account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process it within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to indefinite. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, no deposits will be accepted, and no marketing communications will be sent. To request reinstatement after a self-exclusion period, players must contact support and observe a mandatory cooling-off period before the account is reactivated.

Closure by 18coi

18coi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Failure to complete required verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for money laundering or other illegal purposes.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring us to cease providing services to a specific individual or jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed by 18coi due to a confirmed breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. Where closure is administrative or precautionary rather than punitive, real-money balances will be returned subject to verification. Decisions regarding account closure are final and are not subject to appeal except in cases of demonstrable administrative error.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 18coi, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliated software providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Inaccurate information provided on the platform, including but not limited to odds, game rules, and promotional terms, where such inaccuracy results from technical error rather than deliberate misrepresentation.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions.

Platform Availability

18coi makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. We will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance. 18coi shall not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

Governing Language and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in English. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the 18coi platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction agreed at account registration. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any translated summary or promotional material, the English-language Terms shall prevail.
